NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Tiburon, a municipal corporation
in the County of Marin, State of California:
1. That the work or improvement hereinbelow described was completed on
June 24, 1974 and accepted by resolution of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon on the 8th day of July, 1974;
2. That the City of Tiburon, 80 Main Street, Tiburon, California, is the
owner of said work or improvement;
3. That said work or improvement was done and constructed upon land owned
by the City of Tiburon or over which said City has an easement;
4. That the site of said work or Unprovement is as follows:
Mar West at Los Lomas
5. That the name of the original contractor under the contract for the
performance and construction of said work and improvement is:
Maggiora and Ghilotti
6. That said work or improvement is described as follows:
Excavation, placement of rock slope protection and installation
of Corrugated Met!al Pipe.
and reference is hereby made for a further description thereof to the plans and
specifications for said work or Unprovement on file in the Office of the City
Clerk of the City of Tiburon.

L. Kleinert, City Clerk of the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of California,
residing therein, personally appeared STANLEY BALA, known to me to be the City En-
gineer of the City of Tiburon, and that he executed the within instrument on behalf
of said City, and acknowledged to me that said City executed the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my official seal
in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, the day and year in this certificate
first above written.
WHEREAS, the Northwestern Pacific Railroad, on the 31st
day of May, 1974, did apply for an extension for the above
Use Permit No. T-l, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 24th day of June,
1974, hear and consider said application in accordance with
applicable ordinances and statutues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council finds:
1. The granting of an extension for a Temporary Use
Permit for a period of one year to the said applicant, for a
parking lot in that certain portion of the PD Zone described
in the application on file herein would not be detrimental
to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general
welfare of persons or property in the City of Tiburon, and
is .~equired by the public necessity and welfare, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that based upon the
findings hereinabove set forth, the extensions prayed for
is granted on the following conditions:
1. That all conditions of the permit heretobefore set
forth shall be, and are, in full force and effect, and shall,
therefore issue as provided for by the Ordinance of the City
of Tiburon and shall be effective July 9, 1974 for a period
of one year from said date, subject, however, to cancellation
on failure of applicant to abide by any of the aforementioned
conditions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on June 24, 1974, by the following
vote:
