RESOLUTION NO. 645
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AT TIBURON BOULEVARD
AND BEACH ROAD AND AVENIDA MIRAFLORES
WHEREAS: Traffic Signals located on TiburonBoulevard and Beach
Road and Avenida Miraflores have been installed satisfactorily by Steiny
& Company, Incorporated, 27 Sheridan Street, Vallejo, California 94590.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to
any provisions of the contract with Steiny and Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on June 24th, 1974, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNC ILMEN: None
