RESOL UTION NO. 644
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING SLIDE REPAIR NEAR 2032 PARADISE DRIVE
WHEREAS: Slide repair located at 2032 Paradise Drive, Tiburon
California, consisting of the excavation and disposition of 360 cubic
yards of existing slope, cutting of existing tree and disposition of wood,
construction of trench ditch and one turning structure, one type "A" concrete
lined ditch and type liB" headwall and seeding of slope; work satisfactorily
campleteaby W. A. Forde Company, 42 Industrial Way, Greenbrae, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with W. A. Forde Company, 42 Industrial
Way, Greenbrae, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on June 24, 1974, by the following vote:
