RESOLUTION NO. 643
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF BICYCLE PATH EXTENSION COVE
ROAD TO BEACH ROAD
WHEREAS: Construction of the Bicycle Path Extension located
adjacent to Tiburon Boulevard bewteen Cove Road and Beach Road, work
satisfactorily completed by W. K. McLellan Company, 77 Mark Drive, San
Rafael, California, 94903, work completed June 12, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARElJl that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with W. K. McLellan Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on June 24, 1974, by the following vote:
