RESOLUTION NO. 642
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
PAVING AND FENCING OF TENNIS COURTS LOCATED AT DEL MAR SCHOOL
WHEREAS: The paving and fencing of the tennis courts located at
Del Mar School was satisfactorily completed on June 11th, 1974 by W. K.
McLellan Company, 77 Mark Drive, San Rafael, California 94903.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with W. K. McLellan Company of San Rafael,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on June 24th, 1974, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCTI.MEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Littman, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNC lIMEN: None
