RESOLUTION NO. 641
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CHANGING THE CERTAIN STREET NAME OF HILARITA DRIVE TO
"NED'S WAY"
WHEREAS: Property owners having property fronting on that certain
street now named Hilarita Drive, the name of said street, and being the
developers of said street
WHEREAS: The aforementioned property owners have requested that the
name of said street be changed from Hilarita Drive to Ned's Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby change that certain street name connected with the
Hilarita Project Subdivision, as follows:
Change from Hilarita Drive to "NED'S WAY"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: All costs involved with such changes in
street naming and signing shall be borne by the developer of the Hilarita
Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on June 24, 1974, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, El~an, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: None
