RESOLUTION NO. 639
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING A PRECISE PLAN FOR
AN ADDITION TO THE POST OFFICE BUILDING, 6-12 BEACH ROAD
WHEREAS: Plans have been submitted for an approval of a Precise Plan
for an addition of office space to the Post Office Building located at 6-12
Beach Road; and
WHEREAS: The Planning COIIDllission of the City of Tiburon has reviewed
the plans and proposals:and finds that the submission is consistent with the
adopted Master Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council does hereby
approve and adopt the Precise Plan with respect to the proposed addition
according to the attached exhibit #47406-3 consisting of three sheets dated
November 21, 1973 and revised January 29, 1974 by Steinau and Kurtzman,
Architects and Planners, 81 Beach Road, Belvedere, and subject to the fol-
lowing conditions:
1. The convenant with relation to off-site parking as required by
Section 13 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance shall be as approved by the City
Attorney and recorded prior to the issuance of a building permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on June 10, 1974, by the following vote:
