RESOLUTION NO. 151
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISS ION OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON APPROVING A HOUSING EL~mNT AS PART OF
THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AND RE-
COMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPT SAID PLAN.
WHEREAS: Section 65302 of the Government Code of the State of California
requires that all general law cities prepare and adopt a Housing Element as
part of their General Plan; and
WHEREAS: the Planning Commission has held public hearings in accordance
with Section 65351 of the Government Code to consider said Housing Element; and
WHEREAS: the Housing Element approved by this resolution is based on
a composite of the reports, and studies as shown in the appendix to the
Tiburon Housing Element Text.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tiburon Housing Element, consistipg
of the text contained in the attached document entitled "Tiburon Housing Element
Text", dated June 5, 1974, is hereby approved and recommended for adoption by
the City Council, as the interim Housing Element of the General Plan of the
City of Tiburon pending further refinement and completion of other Elements
of the General Plan.
