NOTICE OF DISCHARGE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN
AND ADDENDUM TO NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
TOWN OF TIBURON
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2017-2
(Virginia Undergrounding District)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment lien previously established on March 21,
2018, for Assessment District No. 2017-2, Town of Tiburon, County of Marin, California (the
"District"), and pertaining to the parcel of land identified in Attachment A, attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby fully discharged and released. The assessment on
such parcel was made a lien by recording in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Marin (the "County Recorder") of the following:
1. The Assessment Diagram for the Assessment District, recorded in the office of the
County Recorder on March 30, 2018, in Book 2018 of Maps, at page 55, inclusive, as
Document No. 2018-0011158; and
2. The Notice of Assessment for the Assessment District (the "Notice of Assessment"),
recorded on March 30, 2018, as Document No. 2018-0011159, official records of the
County Recorder.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Lien and
Addendum to Notice of Assessment pertains to the assessment levied on the parcel identified in
the attached Attachment A. Upon the recording of this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Lien
and Addendum to Notice of Assessment, the assessment lien previously established on such
parcel shall be deemed to be and the same hereby is fully discharged and released and of no
further force or effect for any purpose whatsoever.
In all other respects and as to all parcels listed in the Attachment A attached to the Notice of
Assessment other than the parcel listed in Attachment A attached hereto, the Notice of
Assessment and the lien of the assessment on each such parcel shall remain in full force and
effect.

The recording of this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Lien and Addendum to Notice of
Assessment has no effect on the authority of the Town Council with respect to any parcel by
reason of its inclusion in the District or assessment for the work, acquisitions or improvements.
