NOTICE OF DISCHARGE OF ASSESSMENT LIENS
AND ADDENDUM TO NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
TOWN OF TIBURON
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2017-1
(Hawthorne Undergrounding District)
NOTICE'IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment lien previously established on February 7,
2018, for Assessment District No. 2017-1, City of Tiburon, County ol.'Marin, California (the
"District"), and pertaining to each of the parcels of land identified in Attachment A, attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby fully discharged and released. Each of
said assessments was made a lien by recording in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Marin (the "County Recorder") of the following:
I. The Assessment Diagram for the Assessment District, recorded in the office of the
County Recorder on February 22, 2018, in Book 2018 of Maps, at page 21, inclusive, as
Document No. 2018-0005674; and
2. The Notice of Assessment for the Assessment District (the "Notice of Assessment"),
recorded on February 22, 2018, as Document No. 2018-0005675, official records of the
County Recorder.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Liens and
Addendum to Notice of Assessment pertains to the assessment levied on each of the respective
parcels identified in the attached Attachment A. Upon the recording of this Notice of Discharge
of Assessment Liens and Addendum to Notice of Assessment, the assessment lien previously
established on each such parcel shall be deemed to be and the same hereby is fully discharged
and released and of no further force or effect for any purpose whatsoever.
In all other respects and as to all parcels listed in the Attachment A attached to the Notice of
Assessrhent other than the parcels listed in Attachment A attached hereto, the Notice of
Assessment and the lien of the assessment on each such parcel shall remain in full force and
effect.
The recording of this Notice of Discharge of Assessment Liens and Addendum to Notice of
Assessment has no effect on the authority of the City Council with respect to any parcel by
reason of its inclusion in the District or assessment for the work, acquisitions or improvements.
