RESOLUTION NO. 635
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCn. OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING STREET REPAIR ON SUGAR LOAF DRIVE
WHEREAS: Street repair located on Sugar Loaf Drive near San Gabriel
Court consisting of the installation of 110 L.F. of 6" P.M.P. and repair
bubble up of pavement, work satisfactorily performed by W. K. McLellan Company,
110 Carlos Drive, San Rafael, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to
any provisions of the contract with W. K. McLellan Company, Purchase Order
dated April 23, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon on May 30, 1974, by the following vote:
