RESOLUTION NO. 623
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON SUB-
S'lINTIATING THE REQUEST TO THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION
COMMISSION FOR ALLOCATION OF TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT
(TDA) MONIES FOR EXCLUSIVE USE BY PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLES
WHEREAS: The City of Tiburon does now have a partial system of paths
for pedestrians and bicycles, and
WHEREAS: The Circulation Element of the General Plan includes an
extension and expansion of this system; presently unfunded, and
WHEREAS: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission has provided
for an allocation of Transportation Development Act monies approximating $1100;
including Belvedere's portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Manager, Robert L.
Kleinert, is authorized to act in behalf of the City Council in matters relating
to this claim.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on April 22nd, 1974, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Littman
