RESOLUTION NO. 622
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING STORM DAMAGE REPAIR - C-II PROJECTS AT
HACIENDA DRIVE SLIDE REPAIR
WHEREAS: C-II Storm Damage Repair at Hacienda Drive, con-
sisting of the excavation and removal of excess and unsatisfactory
material, rock slope protection, backfill, installation of perforated
metal pipe with filter material, and seeding of slope; work satisfactorily
performed by Bresnan-Dalecio,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED
that such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon,
subject to any provisions of the agreement with Bresnan-Dalecio, Inc.,
dated March 11, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on the ~ day of April , 1974, by the
