RESOLUTION NO. 618
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE PRECISE PLAN FOR 39 LYFORD DRIVE
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission did on the 30th day of January, 1974,
consider and recommend a Master Plan approval for the property located at
39 Lyford Drive, and
WHEREAS: Certain conditions of the recommended approval as set forth
in the Master Plan have been agreed to by the applicant, and
WHEREAS: Subsequently to the approval of the Master Plan the applicant
has submitted a Precise Plan for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby approve the RPD-2 Precise Plan for the property situated
at 39 Lyford Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the site plans and color scheme be submitted to the Board of
Design Review pursuant to the requirements for residential property as set
forth in Section 11.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. That the public improvements as required by the City Engineer
be installed.
3. That the Fire District requirements be completed before any sidewall
construction is commenced.
4. That prior to the issuance of a Building Pennit, the provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act concerning parcel maps be complied with.
PASSED AND ADOPrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon on April 22, 1974, by the following vote:
