RESOLUTION NO. 617
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO FREDERICK G. ZELINSKY.FOR OUT-
STANDING PERFORM\NCE AND CON'lRIBUTION TO THE TIBURON
COltiUNITY
WHEREAS, Fred Zelinsky, as a major property owner, has partleipated
in the development and improvements to downtown Tiburon for the past twenty-two
years, and
WHEREAS, the recent dedication of property located at Tiburon Boulevard
and Mar West Street to the Belvedere-Tiburon Landmarks society was made poss1bLw by
the generosity-and to mark the occasion of the fifty-fifth Wedding Anniversary of
Fred and Juanita Zelinsky, and
WHEREAS, in his numerous appearances before the City Council and Com-
missions he has always demonstrated good judgement and understanding, and on numerous
occasions provided City staff with his planning expertise, and
WHEREAS, Fred Zelinsky has continued to demonstrate his love and concern
for the future well-being of Tiburon by his many gracious and generous contributions
to the coamunity.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby express its deep and sincere appreciation to Fred and Juanita
Zelinsky for their many generous.contributions to the City of Tiburon and extends
to them both congratulations of the celebration of fifty-five happily married years
and wishing them many more in years to come.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on March 12, 1974, by the following vote:
