A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD
IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIBURON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ON
THE ~th DAY OF MARCH. 1974
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon did heretofore
order an election to be held within the City of TibuDon on the 5th day
of March, 1974, for the purpose of selecting three (3) City Councilmen
to serve for terms of four (4) years; and
WHEREAS,said election was held pursuant to the requirements of
the Government Code and the Elections Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, this City Council of the Cmty of Tiburon has, pursuant
to Section 22932 of the Election3 Code of the State of C~lifornia,
canvassed the returns from s~id election;
N~. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED
as follows:
1. That the whole number of ballots cast in the City of Tiburon in
said election were 1,840 in the precincts and 79 absefttee ballots;
2. That the names of the persons voted for were;

3. Thet the candidaU$were each a candidate for one of three (3) seats

election for each candidate for the office of Councilman was as follows:
