RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS: Work and improvement loea ted and described as follows bas been
duly completed:
1. Warren Court: Construction of drainage improvements including
270 L.P. of P.M.P., 60 L.F. 15" R.C.P., 30 Tons Asphalt Con-
crete, 1200 S.P. Overexcavate and Plug, 18 L.P. Curb & Gutter,
I Type "E" ~tch Basin with 6' Gallery Inlet.
2. Paradise Drive & Solano Avenue: Const.uction of street drainage
improvements including 15" R.C.P., 1 Inlet Structure, 1 Stan-
dard Type ,~" Manhole, construction of grouted rock channel,
removal and replacement of curb and gutter.
WHEREAS: This work has satisfactorily been performed by W. K. Mclellan
Company, 110 Carlos Drive, Suite C, San Rafael, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECIARED tba t such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon on March 11th
