A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM WARREN
BOSTrcK..~IRG~NIA' BOSI!CK'.ANQ BEVERLY o. BOSTICK
WHEREAS, Warren Bostick, Virginia Bostick, and Beverly o. Bostick
bas tendered to the City of Tiburon an executed and acknowledged deed dated
February 23, 1974, conveying certain real property (the roadway easement be-
tween Hacienda Terrace Subdivision and Porto Marino Estates Subdivision) to
the City of Tiburon, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part hereof;
~T the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby accept said
deed and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record the same, together with
a certified copy of this resolution, with the Marin County Recorder.

City of Tiburon held on
