RESOLUTION NO. 766
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY ~NAGER TO ACT
IN ~TTERS PERTAINING TO THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON,
that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute for and in
behalf of the City of Tiburon, a public entity established under the
lawscof the State of California, applications and documents for the
purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil
Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (Public Law 920, 8lst Congress,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the adoption of this
Resolution rescinds Resolution No. 136 which authorized former City
Manager Lawrence D. Rose to Act in Matters Pertaining to the Federal
Civil Defense Act of 1950.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on October 14, 1975, by the following vote:
