A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING SLURRY SEAL OF STREETS-ACCOUNT
7-G-19 - PROJECT NO. 75-T-08
WHEREAS: Slurry Seal of Streets, consisting of work done
on Mountain View Drive (Ridge Road to end), Straits View Drive (Ridge
Road to end), Ridge Road (Vistazo to end), Lagoon View Drive, Solano
(Paradise Drive to Mar East), Taylor Road (#121 to #131), and Barner
Lane (Taylor Road to end), including all labor and materials. This
work has been satisfactorily completed by Sunrise Slurry Seal Co.,
2480 Citrus Road, Rancho Cordova, california on September 10, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED
that such work accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon,
subject to any provisions of the contract with Sunrise Slurry Seal Co.,
2480 Citrus Road, Rancho Cordova, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on October 14th, 1975, by the following
vote:
