RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL
CENTRO WEST STREET
WHEREAS: Construction of a retaining wall on Centro West
Street, Tiburon, consisting of the furnishing and installation
of a retaining wall in the vicinity of 1970 to 1980 Centro West
Street, including all labor and materials. This work has been
satisfactorily completed by Von der Werth Fence and Construction,
P. O. Box 3513, San Rafael, California on September 2, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED that
such work accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with Von der Werth Fence and Con-
struction, P. O. Box 3513, San Rafael, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon on September 22, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Littman
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Tayer
