RESOLUTION NO. 756
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREA TING A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON SOIANO STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. NO PARKING AREA.
The following portion of Solano Street is hereby defined and
established as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be governed by the provisions
of Section 23.1 of the Tiburon City Code.
The westerly side of Solano Drive between Centro East and
Paradise Drive; the easterly side of Solano Street for a
distance of forty (40) feet from Centro East and from
Paradise Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on September 22, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Littman
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Tayer
