RESOLUTION NO. 755
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT
DEED FROM CAL/TRANS
WHEREAS, the Sbate of California, Department of
Transportation (CAL/TRANS) has offered to grant to the
City of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant
Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in accordance with
the Purchase Agreement dated August 11, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to
record said Deed together with a certified copy of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on September 8, 1975 by
the following vote:

the improvements will revert to the respective taxing districts. This plan
does not provide a prospective developer with any tax break, but does give
,a City or Redevelopement District the capital to provide improvements at :3
scale which it could not ordinarily requi.re of a private developer.
