HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1975-09-08 RESOLUTION NO. 755 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM CAL/TRANS WHEREAS, the Sbate of California, Department of Transportation (CAL/TRANS) has offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in accordance with the Purchase Agreement dated August 11, 1975; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
