RESOLUTION NO. 752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
PROVIDING CERtAIN INFO&~TION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE I S RETIREMENT SYSTEM THAT WILL ENABLE THE
MEMBERSHIP OF MR. ROBERT I. CONN IN THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE'S
RETIREMENT SYSTEM TO BE RETROACTIVE TO HIS DATE OF
APPOINTMENT AS CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon appointed Mr.
Robert I. Conn to the position of City Attorney on January 28, 1965;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Conn has remained in continuous employment as the
City Attorney of the City of Tiburon on a contractual basis from his
date of appointment until July 1, 1974, at which time he was joined on
the City's membership roll in the Public Employee's Retirement System;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Conn has received the following retainer earnings
per month since the date of his appointment:

WHEREAS, the City estimates Mr. Conn's percentage of full time
(40 hours per week) employment required by the duties of his position
has been as follows:
(a) From date of appointment to March 3, 1972 35%
(b) From March 4, 1972 to June 30, 1974 Grant credit for
full time employ-
ment.
WHEREAS, the previously submitted payroll and wage records are
incorrect, the information contained in this Resolution should be used to
correct those records for retirement purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is not the intent of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon that litigation fees, court costs or office expense of the law
firm shall be considered applicable for retirement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECIARED that
the City will forward a true and certified copy of this Resolution to the
State of California Public Employees' Retirement System.
