A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING STREET REPAIR AT 2026 PARADISE DRIVE
WHEREAS: Street Repair at 2026 Paradise Drive consisting of
clearing and grubbing, cast-in-place reinforced concrete piers, cast-in
place concrete anchor piers, reinformced concrete structure, handrail,
concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt concrete overlay with
fog seal and concrete driveway, has been satisfactorily completed by
Ghilotti Bros., Inc. 525 Jacoby Street, San Rafael, California, on August 11/75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t such
work accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to any
provisions of the contract with Ghi10tti Bros., Inc., 525 Jacoby Street,
San Rafael, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on August 25, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Littman
