RESOLUTION NO. 747
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING SOIANO, MAR EAST AND SPANISH
TRAIL OVERIAY
WHEREAS: Overlay of streets with asphalt concrete, with drainage
improvements on Mar East Street consisting of 40 L.F. of 12" concrete pipe,
1 Type "A" Manhole with cover and 1 Type "c" Catch Basin with grate, has
been satisfactorily completed by W.K. McLellan Company, 77 Mark Drive,
Suite 21, San Rafael, California on July 24, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with W.K. McLellan Company, 77 Mark Drive,
Suite 21, San Rafael, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on August 11, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Tayer, Ross, Ellman
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Littman, Aramburu
