RESOLUTION NO. 743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 633, PRO-
VIDING FOR THE OCCUPANCY OF THE REMAINING 5%
OF THE UNITS OF THE HILARITA PROJECT
WHEREAS, the construction of the Hilarita Project has
been completed and the first 95% of the units occupied, and the
old units abandoned, and
WHEREAS, the Tiburon Ecumenical Association (TEA) has
no further responsibility for the old buildings, and
WHEREAS, the County Housing Authority, which has said
responsibility, has indicated that they are proceeding expedi-
tiously with the bidding and contracting procedures for the
demolition, and that they expect demolition to commence during
the last week of August, and be completed by mid-September,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Tiburon amends Condition 7 of Resolution No. 633, to
read as follows:
"7. Occupancy shall not be permitted of more than ninety-
five percent (95%) of the buildings in the project
until such time as the County of Marin Housing Authority,
the Tiburon Ecumenical Association and the City of
Tiburon have entered into an Agreement (Exhibit A,
attached hereto) that the demolition of the buildings
of Parcel C will be accomplished prior to September 15,
1975, and all occupants of the buildings located on
Parcel C have been removed or relocated."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on July 28, 1975, by the following
vote:
