RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE RICHARDSON
BAY LINEAL PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LAND AND
WATER CONSERVATION FUND.
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 709 agreeing to the terms of the
project agreement for the subject project was adopted on March 17,
1975; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend the project agreement
as follows:
1. Increase the Total Estimated Direct Project Cost from
$40,000 to $45,000;
2. Increase the State Surcharge Assessment from $800
to $900;
3. Increase the Total Project Costs Eligible for Federal
Funding from $40,800 to $45,900;
4. And Increase the Federal Participation from $20,400
to $22,950.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the amendment to the project
agreement between the State and the City of Tiburon is approved,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager, Robert L.
Kleinert, be authorized to sign said agreement.
