A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
COMMENDING PHILEMON V. SCOTT FOR HIS DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL
SERVICE TO THE CITY OF TIBURON AS DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR
AND BUILDING OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, Philemon V. Scott has served the City of Tiburon as Develop-
ment Administrator since July 1, 1966, a period of expansion and development
within the City, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Scott has received numerous letters attesting to his
technical and professional competence as Development Administrator and
Building Inspector; to wit an unwillingness to accept less than top quality
workmanship and a fine knowledge of construction related to strict interpre-
tation of the Uniform Building Code, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Scott acted as Director of Community Development from
November 1973 to April 1974, carrying the departmental administrative and
management duties as well as his normal assignments,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Tiburon City Council does
declare its sincere appreciation on behalf of the citizens of Tiburon for
the services of Philemon V. Scott to the City of Tiburon, and does hereby
publicly commend Mr. Scott for such services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on July 28, 1975, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Littman
