RESOLUTION NO. 737
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, REED UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT has offered to
grant to the City of Tiburon the real property described
on the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in accord-
ance with an Agreement dated July 1, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to
record said Deed together with a certified copy of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on July 28, 1975, by the
following vote:
