WHEREAS, REED UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT has offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in accord- ance with an Agreement dated July 1, 1975; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
