A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARY
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF TIBURON FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1975-76 WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE
PERSONNEL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Section 3-3 of the City Code requires that an Annual
Salary Program be adopted for each fiscal year as part of the Personnel
System of the City of Tiburon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the Annual salary Program for the fiscal year 1975-76
shall be those schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof as
follows:
l. Exhibit A - Basic Salary Unit Schedule.
2. Exhibit B - Schedule of Positions and Salaries.
3. Exhibit C - schedules of Overtime Rates, Wages for
Casual Employees, Mileage Reimbursement,
Vehicle Allowances and incentive pay.
4. Exhibit D - Health & Medical Insurance.
5.. Exhibit E - Holid~y Schedule.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at en aijeurred meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held onJune 24 , 1975, by the following vote:

SCHEDULE OF OVERTIME RATES
JULY 1, 1975
Overtime compensation shall be paid for any time worked in excess of the
normal working day and for call-back time at a rate of time and one-half.
Double time shall be paid for any work performed on a Holiday.
All regular non-supervisory City eT?loyees are eligible for overtime compeq-
satton which is applicable to all departments. All overtime must be appro~ed
and authorized by the Departnent Head and/or City Manager as set forth in
Rule X of Personnel Re~4lations.

The Chief of Police will determine eligibility and advise the General Services
Deparbment upon changes to base pay.
