RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE BELVERON GARDENS MINI-PARK
LOCATED AT TRESTLE GLEN BOULEVARD AND TIBURON BOULEVARD
WHEREAS: Construction of a mini-park, incorporating grading, 163+
Tons Aggregate Base, 50+ Tons of Asphalt Concrete, 75 Feet of Fencing, Irri-
gation and Landscaping and Drinking Fountain was satisfactorily completed
by Trinity Landscaping, Inc., 90 Jackson Drive, Novato, California, 94947
on June 11, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with Trinity Landscaping, Inc., 90 Jackson
Drive, Novato, Ca. 94947.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on
June 23rd , 1975, by the following vote:
