RESOLUTION NO. 727
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON RE-
SCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 710 PERLAINING TO EXECUTION OF A
PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR lAND AND HATER CONSERVATION FUND PRO-
JECT NO. 06-00379, AND A~illNDING RESOLUTION NO. 709 PERLAIN-
ING TO EXECUTION O~ A PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR lAND AND 'HATER
CONSERVATION fUND PROJECT NO. 06-00378, RICHARDSON BAY
LIW'~L PARK. DEVELOPMENT
HHEREAS: The City of ~iburon and the State of California have entered
into an agreement for Land and Hater Conservation Fund Project No. 06-00378, .
Richardson Bay Lineal Park Development and for Land and '~ater Conservation Fund
Project No. 06-00379, Land Acquisition, and
'.THEPillAS: The City of Tiburon has not met the necessary land appraisal
requirements for Land and Water Conservation Fund Project No. 06-00379;
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City of Tiburon withdraw its
application from the State of California for Land and Water Conservation Fund Project
No. 06-00379; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the City of Tiburon amend the application
for Land and Water Conservation Fund.Project No. 06-00378 to add to the project the
funds previously allocated to Land and Hater Conservation Fund Project No. 06-00379,
the amended amount not to exceed $22,950.00 in federal reimbursement.

of Tiburon held on
