RESOLUTION NO. 726
A RESOumON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON GRANTING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT TO
DANIEL SCHOrnFELD
WHEREAS : Daniel Schoenfeld did apply for a temporary use penni t in
the PD Zone to allow bicycle rentals on Juanita Lane on property also
fronting on 16 Main Street:
WHEREAS: said City Cmmcil did, on the 27th day of May, 1975, hear
and consider said application in accordance with applicab1e ordinances
and statutes:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that this Cmmcil finds:
A. The establishIrent, maintenance or conduction of the proposed use
will not, . under the circtmlStances of the particular case, be detrimental
to the.health, safety, convenience of persons in the neighborhood of such
proposed use.
B. The proposed use, tmder the circtmlStances of the particular case,
will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or
improvements in said PD zone.

C. The granting of a pennit will not adversely affect the general
zoning plan of the City.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED: that based upon the findings
hereinbefore set forth, the pennit is granted on the fOllCMing conditions:
1. That the use permit be granted for a period of six rrrimths,
subj ect to renewal:
2. That the exterior signing be limited to a single non;;.lighted sign
of one (1) square foot:
3. That there be no bicycles outside the fenced area:
4. That there be nOjservices beyond the daily rental of
40 biCYCles:
and shall therefore issue as provided for by ordinances of the City of
Tiburon and statutes of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Cotmcil of the
City of Tiburon held on May 27th , 1975, by the following vote:
