RESOLUTION~NO. 725
A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPI'ING CONSTRUcrION OF STEPS AND CONCRETE PATH ON
MOITOZA TRAIL
WHEREAS : Construction of steps and concrete path on Moi toza Trail
has been satisfactorily completed by C.A. Gregory, General Building Contractor,
1527 Cavendish Avenue, Santa Rosa, California, 95401, on May 2, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RF.SOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED that
such wort: be accepted by the City Collilcil of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any nrovisions of the contract with C.A. Gregory, General Building Con-
tractor, 1527 Cavendish Avenue, Santa Rosa, California, 95401.
PASSED AND AOOPTED at a regular meeting of the City COllilcil of the
City of Tiburon on !'-1ay 27, 1975, by the following vote:
