RESOLUTION NO. 724
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING UPGRADING OF HACIENDA DRIVE
WHEREAS : Upgrading of street consisting of excavation, clearing
and grubbing, sidewalk fill, new sidewalk , asphalt concrete paving, CtlI"U
and gutter, including removal of 40 (forty) L.F. rolled gutter, steps in
place and retaining wall in place, has been satisfactorily completed on
Hacienda Drive by Ghilotti Bros., 525 Jacoby Street, San Rafael, Califor-
nia, 94901.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subj ect
to any provisions of the contract with Ghilotti Bros., 525 Jacoby Street,
San Rafael, California, 94901.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on May 27,1975, by the following vote:
