RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CERTIFYING THAT THE FINAL EIR FOR THE CAHN/LEWIS MASTER
PIAN IS COMPLETE
WHEREAS: The City of Tiburon as lead agency has caused to be
prepared an Environmental Impact Report for the Cahn/Lewis Master plan a
project located between Avenida Miraflores and Hacienda Drive, and
WHEREAS: Subject Environmental Impact Report has been completed
in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 as amended
and the procedures for review as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 664,
and
WHEREAS: Copies of the draft EIR have been sent out for review
by responsible agencies, and
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon has con-
sidered the draft Environmental Impact Report, has held public hearings on the
subject draft, has reviewed the draft report and does recommend to the City
Council that the Final Report be certified as complete.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Tiburon does hereby certify that the Final Environmental Impact Report on
the Cahn/Lewis Master plan Project between Avenida Miraflores and Hacienda
Drive has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act of 1970 as amended and the State and City guidelines and further,
that the City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in
the Environmental Impact Report.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on May 12, 1975, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT :
COUNCILMEN: None
