RESOLUTION NO. 717
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 633, PERTAINING TO OCCUPANCY.
WHEREAS: Resolution No. 633, adopted May 24, 1974, amended
Resolution No. 619, which resolution approved the final subdivision
map of the Hilarita project; and
WHEREAS: Resolution No. 633 contains conditions to be
complied with prior to occupancy; and
WHEREAS: Tiburon Ecumenical Association has requested
occupancy on May 1, 1975 and certain conditions in Resolution
No. 633 will not be completed or will be nearing completion on
May 1, 1975; and
WHEREAS: The denial of the occupancy will cause undue hard-
ship to prospective tenants; and
WHEREAS: The City Council finds that the amendments pro-
vided for herein are in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Tiburon does hereby amend Resolution No. 633 by
revising condition No.6, to read as follows:
"6. No occupancy permit shall be issued until
the following work has been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer: slide repair,
erosion control work completed, internal street,
including paths, completed, and the left turn lane
constructed. Provided, however, that this condition
shall not apply to the occupancy of the 22 units con-
tained in building group No.1."

of the City of Tiburon held on April
