RESOLUTION NO.-1!1-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING SUBDRAIN AND ASPHALT CONCRETE OVERlAY ON TAYLOR
ROAD AND BARNER lANE
WHEREAS: Subdrain and asphalt concrete overlay on Taylor Road
and Barner Lane has been satisfactorily completed by Tam Sewers, Inc.,
324 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley, C~lifornia, 94941.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED tha t
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with Tam Sewers, Inc., 324 Miller Avenue,
Mill Valley, california, 94941.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on April 14, 1975, by the following vote:
