RESOLUTION NO. 714
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING SUBDRAIN AND PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT ON SUTTER COURT
WHEREAS: Subdrain and Pavement Improvement on Sutter Court has been
satisfactorily completed by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., 1912 Redwood Highway,
Corte Madera, California, 94925, on March 19, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECIARED that such
work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject to
any provisions of the contract with Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc., 1912 Redwood
Highway, Corte Madera, California, 94925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon on April 14, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
Councilmen: None
ABSENT:
Councilmen: None
