RESOLUTION NO. 713
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE COUNTY
OF MARIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, THE COUNTY OF :MA.RIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA) has tendered to
the City of Tiburon an executed and acknowledged deed dated March 11, 1975,
conveying certain real property (Parcel Nos. 39-011-07 and 38-301-26) to
the City of Tiburon, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof:
THAT the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby accept
said deed and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record the same, to-
gether with a certified copy of this resolution, with the Marin County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on April 14, 1975, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: None

THIS INDENTURE, made this 11th day of !-!arch, 1975, het~"een
Stanley J. Fontez, Tax Collector of the County of Marin, State oj
California; first party, and the City of Tiburon, second party
\o/i tnesseth;
THAT t'1HEP~AS, the real orooertv hereinafter described ,.,as
duly sold and conveyed to the State.of California for the non-
payment of taxes which had been legally levied and which were a
lien upon said property under and in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, in conformity with law, the State of California,
acting by and through Stanley J. Fontez, Tax Collector as ~fore-
said, did sell to the said- second party, the said property here-
inafter described pursuant to an agreement nade in accordance
tlith the provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 3 of the
Revenue and Taxation Code, at \-lhich sale said second party. became
the purchaser of the whole thereof for the sum of $10.00 (Ten
and nO/IOO Dollars);
NOti THEREFORE, the said first party in consideration of the
~remises and in pursuance of the statute in such case made and
provided, does hereby grant to the said second party that real
property hereinbefore referred to, and situate in the County of
Marin, State of California, more part~cularly described as
Parcel No. 39-011-07 - Sale 09810 of 1967
