RESOLUTION NO. 707
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING PINE TERRACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN
TIBURON BOULEVARD AND RICHARDSON BA. Y
WHEREAS: Drainage Improvements located at Pine Terrace, between
Tiburon Boulevard and Richardson Bay, Tiburon, California, consisting of
placing 76 L.F. Double 18" RCP, 142 L.F. 33" RCP, 229 L.F. 33" RCP, 56
L.F. 33" RCP, 1 Catch Basin, 1 Junction Box/Catch Basin, 4 Turning Struc-
tures, and 1 Sacked Concrete Headwall; work satisfactorily completed by
Valentine Corporation, 48 Simms Street, San Rafael, Ca. 94901.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DEClARED that
such work be accepted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, subject
to any provisions of the contract with Valentine Corporation, 48 Simms
Street, San Rafael, California, 9490l.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on March 17th, 1975, by the following vote:
