RESOLUTION NO. 705
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING OFFER FOR DEDICATION
WHEREAS, BRUCE FLANAGAN and JOAN FLANAGAN have made an offer for
dedication of the real property described on the Offer for Dedica-
tion attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to the City of Tiburoni
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Offer for
Dedication together with a certified copy of this Resolution.

OFFER FOR EASEMENT DEDICATION
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the undersigned,
BRUCE FLANAGAN and JOAN FLANAGAN (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantors"), hereby offer for dedication for public use to the
CITY OF TIBURON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred
to as "Grantee"), an easement for right of way and utility pur-
poses on and over all that property situate in the city of
Tiburon, County of Marin, state of California, described in
Exhibit "An attached hereto. The within offer of dedication
shall remain in full force and effect and shall be irrevocable
notwithstanding any rejection thereof or failure to accept by
Grantee, it being specifically agreed that Grantee may at any
time accept said offer.
