HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1975-01-27 RESOllJ'I'IOO NO. 7 0 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, GERALD CONNELL has offered to grant to the City of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
