A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GERALD CONNELL has offered to grant to the City of
Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached
hereto as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is
hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said
Deed, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reqular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on January 27 , 1975,
by the following vote:

California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE
BEGINNING at the Easterly corner of the parcel conveyed to the State
of California by Deed recorded May 4, 1964 in Book 1809 of Official
Records at page 640; thence along the Southeasterly boundary'of said
parcel, from a tangent which bears South 510 03' 10" West along a
curve to the left with a radius of 850.00 feet, through an angle of
370 26' 24" an arc length of 555.43 feet to the Easterly line of the
parcel conveyed to the State of California by Deed recorded May 23, 1962
in Book 1573 of Official Records at page 158; thence along the exterior
boundary line of said parcel, South 130 36' 46" West 33.22 feet; thence
along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 25.00 feet, through
an ~ng1e of 880 28' 35" ail arclength of 38.61 feet to a point of
reverse curvature, said point being on a line concentric with and
distant 65.00 feet Northeasterly, measured radially, from the "A4" line
of the Department of Public Works' survey for the State Highway in
Marin County, Road IV-Mrn-52-A; thence along said concentric line from
a tangent that bears South 740 51' 49" East along a curve to the right
with a radius of 915.00 feet, through an angle, of 330 26' 20" an arc
distance of 534.01 feet; thence South 410 25' 29ft East 51.10 feet to
the Northwesterly boundary line of the parcel described as Parcel Two
in the "Amended Judgment in Condemnation" entitled Richardson Bay
Sanitary District, a public corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Anthony
Connell, et aI, Defendants, recorded March 31, 1965 in Book 1925 of
Official Records at page 91; thence along said Northwesterly boundary
line, North 520 00' East 155.00 feet, more or less, to the Westerly
boundary line of th-e parcel conveyed to The San Francisco and San
Rafael Railroad Company, a corporation, by Deed recorded October 7, 1886
in Book 4 of Deeds at page 54; thence along the common boundary line
of said Railroad parcel and the parcel conveyed to John J. Connell
by Deed recorded April 6, 1946 in Book 513 of Official Records at page
216) North 360 36' 18" West 60.0 feet, more or less, to an angle point
therein; thence North 080 24' 50" West 303.03 feet, North 270 14' 50"
West 147.12 feet -and North 110 52' 50" Hest 349.77 feet to the South-
easterly boundary line of the California State HighHay Route 52A
from Alto to Tiburon; running thence Southwesterly along said South-
easterly boundary line on a non-tangent curve to the left with a
radius of 184.99 feet, through a central angle of 50 04' 10" an
arc length of 16.37 feet; thence South 510 03' 10" Hest 99.05 feet
- to the point of beginning.

BEGINNING on the Northerly line of Tide Lot 344 as described in the
Deed to Hm. T. Coleman, recorded July 6, 1874 in Book "N" of D~eds. -rtt
page 75, at the angle point in the Deed to Francisco Teixeira Brazil
et ux, recorded August 1, 1906 in Book 100 of Deeds at page 300,
between the calls t'lNorth 890 East 5 feet" and "North 100 IS' East
317.9 feet"; thence along the boundary of the Brazil land, North 10015'
East 74.12 feet to the boundary of the land conveyed to the State of
California by Deed recorded May 23, 1962 in Book 1573 of Official
Records at page 158; thence along the last named boundary, using the
bearings and distances therein described, Southeasterly on a curve to
the right toJ'ith a radius of 273.00 feet, through an angle of 05044'58"an
arc distance of 27.40 feet, South 580 22' 31" East 124.89 feet and
South 770 52t 00" East 25 feet, more or less, to said Northerly line
of the Coleman land (fiN" D 75); thence along said Northerly line,
South 890 West 170 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
PARCEL THREE
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Easterly line of Oyster Canal
with the shore of Richar9~on Bay at ordinary high tide, said point
being the Northerly corner of Tide Lot No. 345, and running thence along
said hiih tide line, South 420 15' East 302.28 feet, South 860 45'
East 217.80 feet, and South 400 15' East 160.0 feet; thence leaving
said line and running South 560 OQ' West 93.0 feet, South 570 00'
West 108,0 feet, South 530 00' West 95.0 feet, South 810 30' West
234.0 feet, South 780 36' 10" West 271.456 feet, and North 630 30'
West 80.0 feet to the Easterly line of said Oyster Canal; thence
along said line, North 260 3'0' East 646.80 feet to the point of
beginning.
BEING a portion of Tide Lot No. 345, as shown upon "Map No. 1 of
Salt Marsh and Tide Lands, Marin County", and described in the Deed to
William T. Coleman, recorded July 16, 1874 .in Book "N" of Deeds at page
61, M~rin County Records.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion conveyed to the State of California in
the Deed recorded May 23, 1962 in Book 1573 of Official Records at page
158.
PARCEL FOUR
All of Tide Lot 344 as described in the Deed to Wm. T. CJleman recorded
July 16, 1874 in Book !IN" of Deeds at page 61, l!arin County Records, and
as shown on "Map No. 1 of Salt !1.arsh & Tide Lands, Harin Coun-ty."
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all the portion thereof described in the Deed to
the State of California recorded May 23, 1962 in Book 1573 of Official
Records at page 158.
PARCEL rIVE
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Westerly right of way line of The
Northwestern Pacific Railroad and the Southerly right of way line of
the California State Highway from Alto to Tiburon; thence Westerly along
said Highway line, 42.029 feet to the division line between the Little
Reed Ranch and the John Connell property; thence along said division
line, South 120 08' East 359.596 feet and South 270 30' East 143.92 feet
to the vJesterly line of the Railroad right of way; thence Northwesterly
along said right of way line, 508.694 feet to the point of beginning,
Railroad Meridian.
