RESOLUTION NO. 3459
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OFTIrnURON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 3430
ESTABLISHING THE TOWN EMPLOYEES'
ANNUAL SALARY AND BENEFIT PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001
WHEREAS, on July 19,2000, the Town Council adopted Resolution No, 3430
establishing the Town Employees' Annual Salary and Benefit Program for the Fiscal
Year 2000-2001; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to modify Resolution No, 3430.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tiburon Town Council does
hereby amend Resolution No. 3430 by adding a Schedule F - Holiday Schedule.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
ofTiburon on December 6,2000 by the following vote:

**Ru1e IX, Section 1 of the Town ofTiburon Personnel Rules and Regulations states that when a
holiday falls on a Saturday, employees shall receive an extra day off which win be added to their
accumulated vacation leave. When a holiday falls on Sunday following Monday shall be observed.
