RESOLUTION NO. 3441
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING THE RETIREMENT BONUS FOR
RETIRING TOWN MANAGER ROBERT L. KLEINERT
WHEREAS, Robert L. Kleinert has served the Town of Tiburon for 30 years as Town
Manager; and
WHEREAS, in his capacity as Town Manager Robert L. Kleinert has performed
outstanding services for and on behalf of the Town of Tiburon, including, but not limited to,
managing the Town's budget, personnel and enhancing the Town's overall well being; and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Kleinert has announced his retirement, effective September 2000;
and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Kleinert will be available for consultation in order to ensure the
smooth transition of his managerial duties to the new Town Manager; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon desires to award Robert L.
Kleinert for his 30 years for service to the Town as described herein; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon does authorize and award to Robert L. Kleinert the (gross) sum of $30,000, payable
forthwith, with the good wishes of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, and as an
expression of the Town's appreciation for many years of service to the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council on
September 6, 2000, by the following vote:
