A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TffiURON APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR THE
CHANDLERS GATE SUBDMSION
(FORMERLY KNOWN AS NED'S WAY GARDEN HOMES)
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 58-151-35)
RECITALS
Pursuant to a Disposition and Development Agreement with the property owner, Tiburon
Redevelopment Agency, the Ned's Way Garden Homes, LLC has submitted a Final Map
proposing the creation of a common interest subdivision comprised of 25 lots and a common area.
The Town Council approved the Vesting Tentative Map for this subdivision on March 15, 2000.
The submitted map has been examined by the Acting Town Engineer and returned to the Town
Clerk as required in Section 14.36 of the Tiburon Subdivision Ordinance.
The Acting Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have determined that the map is in
substantial conformance with the approved Vesting Tentative Map, and that all required
conditions of approval have been met.
APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
I"" Tiburon does approve the map entitled "Map of Chandlers Gate at Tiburon" ( 5 sheets), prepared
by I. L. Schwartz, dated May 2000, and does direct that said map be duly recorded with Marin
County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon hereby
accepts the offer of dedication of Parcel "B" for public street purposes and rejects all other offers
of dedication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on August 2, 2000 by the following vote:
