RESOLUTION NO. 3428
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE
MAIN STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
& SUPPLEMENTAL WORK
Whereas, Irving Schwartz, Engineer of Record for the Main Street
Assessment District, and Engineer for the Town of Tiburon, has stated that as of
June 8, 2000, the work was satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract
specifications awarded on December 15, 1999 to Maggiora & Ghilotti, Ioe.,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tiburon Town Council
hereby accepts the improvements, which are more fully described in the
aforementioned contract, located within the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
'" Town of Tiburon on July 19, 2000, by the following vote:
