Dear Greg,
Rent is normally increased yearly because the property taxes, building insurance,
common area maintenance, water and sanitary, energy and operation costs
continually increase. Your rent was last increased in July 2017.
According to Article 3.1 of your lease, your monthly rent will.increase by $30
beginning July 1, 2019 through June 31, 2020 to the amount of$787.00.
Your lease expires June 30, 2033 and your lease provides for a 4% increase
every two (2) years, All other terms and conditions of the original lease remain
the same.
We enjoy and appreciate having you as a tenant, and it is our aim to assist you
whenever possible. We look forward to a continued long, pleasant and
prosperous relationship for all of us.
