AMENDED NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets and Highways Code, the undersigned Town Clerk of the Town of Tiburon (the "Town"). gave notice by that certain Notice of Assessment recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin (the "County Recorder") on March 30, 2018 as Document No. 2018-0011159. (as modified by certain notices of addendum thereto, the "Notice of Assessment"). that a diagram and assessment were recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said Town as provided for in Section '3114 of the Streets and Highways Code, and relating to the following described real property: The real property as described in the assessment diaOram for ToNvn of Tiburon Assessment District No. 2017-2 (Virginia Undergrounding District) on file in Book of Maps. Boot: 2018, Page 55, Official Records, County Recorder. County of Marin, California. The amount of bonds sold by the Town and secured by the assessments (the "Assessments") on the property included in the assessment diagram described above is less than the amount as set forth in the Notice of Assessment. This Amended Notice of Assessment amends the Notice of Assessment to reduce the aggregate principal amount of the Assessments to equal the aggregate principal amount of such bonds. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that. upon the recording of this Amended Notice of Assessment in the office of the County Recorder_ the remaining lien against each of the parcels subject to the Assessments is reduced to the amount set forth in Attachment A attached hereto. In all other respects, the Notice of Assessment is unmodified by this Amended Notice Assessment and shall remain in fill] force and effect.
